I am currently a Maths students living in London. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs.

This summer I am travelling through Asia for four months. I fly to Thailand on the 10th of June and hope to travel North through Thailand, (possibly Cambodia), Vietnam, China and finish in Mongolia.
I haven't really found myself as a person and so am using this summer to have as many life experiences as I can and to get far outside my comfort zone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last summer I spent two months teaching English in a small island town in China. Getting to know everyone in the local community, from the sweet couple who owned my favourite dumpling restaurant to the bright young things I met dancing the night away, was the best experience of my life. I had never done any real travelling previously but realised that making friends with the locals made my experience richer and more rewarding than if I had just hung out with other foreigners.

This is why I joined couchsurfing. I want to get to know the people that live in the places I visit, learn about their culture, their lives and their beliefs. It is people that make travelling the most interesting and inspiring thing you can do,

I've always wanted the world to feel like a small place with friends on every continent, and so this is my mission.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a native English speaker so if you are learning English I can certainly help you there. I spent two months in China last summer teaching English to students of all ages and therefore have some teaching experience. I am hoping to become an English teacher in the future so I am more than happy to practice with you, if that is what you wish.

I also study Mathematics at a top university in London, so if you are a Maths student I can help you with your studies.

Apart from that, I can share my culture, passion for travel, my open-mindedness and willingness to try new things.
