I am 21 years old, and I am currently a junior at a small private college in the United States called Muhlenberg College. I am a double major in economics and finance and I want to pursue law school upon my graduation at Muhlenberg College. I enjoy the outdoors immensely and what this world has to offer. Being able to travel has been a great joy thus far in my short life. I want to enjoy every day as each day brings new experiences and challenges. I love socializing with others and hearing about other peoples' experiences. Everyone comes from a different mold and offers their own unique story. I am trying to hear as many of these stories throughout my life as possible.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am currently studying abroad in Madrid Spain and I want to try to experience as much of Europe as I can while I am here. As a college student the issue of money is the major factor getting in the way of me traveling throughout Europe. Being able to couch surf offers me the ability to go many more places while I am here. I have heard from friends that Couchsurfing is an amazing experience as it lets you interact with locals in each place you go to. I feel that staying with someone local offers you a much better experience than staying at a hotel or hostel because you will be able to ask them specific questions like what is fun to do, or if there are any places that you definitely need to visit. I think Couchsurfing is the best way to experience traveling as it gives you a great first hand experience. Staying at a hotel is so basic and simple. You do not get to fully experience the trip because you will be limited to your tourist knowledge of the city. Being able to socialize with locals while exploring amazing cities in Europe is what I am after in my journey abroad!

I listen to just about every genre of music, but I do enjoy country the most. I'm not a huge movie buff but a few classics that I could watch all day are The Pursuit of Happiness, The Shawshank Redemption, Flash of Genius and Saving Private Ryan.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

While in the Netherlands I was able to go on a zip line that was a 130 meter drop. It was a rush of excitement and adrenaline. It has definitely confirmed the fact that I want to go sky diving eventually. I love to be daring and really try to conquer my fears. I am not the biggest fan of heights so standing on a ledge at 130 meters high was not an ideal situation for me. After the experience was over I was so glad I did it and I am looking forward to the next chance I get to test myself again with something crazy like that.

If you're trying to learn some Spanish I could teach you some basics. I am definitely not fluent, but I know enough that I am able to navigate my way through Spanish speaking countries which is always a fun challenge. If you have a deck of cards, I have a magic trick that usually gets everyone and is quite amusing. But I am always open to learn interesting things about the places I stay so if you have any cool stories I would love to hear them.
