I just finished grad school a few months ago and moved to Houston, so I am still learning the city myself. I have a laid back, sarcastic personality. I'm a musician, a cook, and was an outdoorsman until I moved out of Colorado.

I moved around a lot in the US. I grew up near New York, moved to Colorado, than Oklahoma, and now Texas. I've also traveled to most of the states in this Europe-sized country. I am now interested in exploring beyond these borders

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get to know people. I want to experience more of the world and experience new cultures. I like meeting new people and learning about their cultures.

I'm also planning on traveling more (Somewhere Europe. Probably France), and couchsurfing seems like a much better way to experience the culture than staying in a hotel or something.

I love cooking: I cure my own meats, used to make my own beer when I had the time and space. I also make my own sausage and cheeses when I have the time and patience.

I'm a great cook and love cooking. I would be happy to prep some meals for someone that hosted me.
