Well, I love meeting people and exploring the places that help make them who they are. As much as I try to stay rooted in one place, I'm always attracted to opportunities that bring me to new places so that I can explore your world.

I've been working as a fundraising manager for a variety of health, human rights and environmental causes over the last eight years. In the meantime, I've been lucky enough to take on a few projects overseas as well as across Canada. After exploring the world for a year (2016-17), my partner and I are back in Canada - hosting and surfing!

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I was introduced to Couchsurfing through a friend in 2011, staying with some really great folks in northern Australia. Instead of just an ordinary trip, we ended up celebrating Australia Day with our hosts and experiencing life in a totally different way than just crashing on a hostel bed. From then on, I've been a big advocate for Couchsurfing.

I'm on Couchsurfing so that I can get to know you and the place your from in a different way. I find different perspectives and ways of living completely fascinating, and Couchsurfing is an ideal way to experience that.

Interesses

I like to spend my time on foot or around a table with engaging people. I'm typically drawn to people with opinions and who lead interesting lives.

In my personal time, I prefer to be reading or exploring my surroundings. I find busy cities extremely interesting, and love learning which lifestyles they hold, and what makes them unique. I'm also equally at home in nature, and prefer to spend my time camping, trekking and skiing.
