So I’m super late to the CouchSurfing scene, but I’m still excited to dive right in!

I work as a meditation teacher and transformational coach. (My background was in aviation, though!) If you're on the west coast and are into inner work, you've probably heard of ALA and/or MITT. I coached for a type of branch of theirs called Next Level!

Currently, I’m based out of Columbus, Ohio, but I’m enjoying exploring the west coast and am thinking of relocating here more permanently!
