ABOUT ME

Hey everyone! My name is Chris. I am 30 years old from Annapolis, Maryland, which is about 30 minutes or so east of Washington, D.C.. I would describe myself as a laid-back guy whose number one passion is travel and who is always down to meet new people. I'm pretty open minded and always interested in trying things that I have never tried before and exploring places that I have never been to or seen before.

PHILOSOPHY

Live a life that makes you happy and don't be afraid to pursue your passion (whatever it is), because we only get one shot at this thing so we might as well make the most of it.

None. This is my first time on this site. But I have heard good things so I thought I would give it a try.

My number one interest and passion is travel. I have been to a decent number of countries, but there are still many many more to see. I love seeing different parts of the world that I have never seen before, going to different countries that I have never been to before, and immersing myself in cultures that are both similar to and different from my own. Like I said above, I also enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them, and letting them get to know me.

Some of my favorite music includes jazz, classical, classic rock (think the 1960's and 1970's).

I love to read. Any book about travel is always good, but I'll read anything that looks interesting.

I love movies as well. Documentaries tend to be what I watch the most, but, again, I'll watch anything that looks interesting.

Hmmmm, lets see. Well, what immediately comes to mind is that I have walked a part of the Great Wall of China. It was freezing cold out that day (it was early February) and the walk really takes it out of you because the wall is so steep in parts. But the views were incredible and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Another thing that comes to mind would have to be riding a camel through the Sahara Desert and camping with Bedouin's for few nights. Also very cold, but the sky was so clear. I've never seen that many stars before.
