ABOUT ME

I'm a loving, compassionate person who tries to make people feel good while also keeping a critical eye about how I live my life. I'm a hard worker, a multi-tasker, but really open to taking things slow sometimes, especially when I travel (though I never sleep when I travel).

Interests

I'm a clarinet player and I perform a lot, classical and contemporary music. I get to do things like work with a choreographer, play in grain elevators, and type on typewriters in concerts. I love it and it keeps me really engaged. I'm also a philosopher and will sit and think myself into and then out of a corner, perhaps with much shagrin.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I studied abroad in Thessaloniki, Greece. The whole experience was amazing, but I woke up on my 20th birthday to watch the sun rise over Santorini. It was gorgeous and I was the only one awake in the area, I think.

I will often just read "Perks of Being a Wallflower" and bawl my eyes out. I'll freely admit that in public too.
