About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm very eccentric and quite loud too, but not too much in a bad way. I get very intense in conversations on themes that interest me and I love to learn new things as well as teaching. I love cooking and will make you your favorite dish!

PHILOSOPHY

Still in a search to find that answer, but I'm young so it's ok :)
Wrote this about three years ago, realizing now it'd be silly to ever answer to this. Maybe I'll have an answer in another three years though.
Another three years gave gone by. Approx. I could say things here but I don't think there's a single answer I could give to this. It depends on everyday and every situation I am in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have troubles finding travellers. But then again I don't look anymore on the page where people are looking and don't live in a particularly touristic place at the moment.

I'm hoping to start hosting and traveling with couchsurfing this year again as I've had very good experiences in the past but too few.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted people twice a couple of years ago or more, once three people and the second time a couple, I don't really mind if there's ten of you, it's more about convincing my flatmates but they're not too harsh :)
Couchsurfed in Amsterdam, absolute life saver and had a great time.

Interests

Music, movies, chatting, but specially meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love films, and talking about them and I'll be up for watching anything.
Started reading again after a pretty long break, so open to advice.
Music, don't really play it, I've tried but never enough, love listening but I know when I don't like something and I'll say it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'll just go with the most recent one. I went on an amazing trek on angel island in SF recently. It was stunning and I got to stalk a big deer, skinny dip in the Pacific and discover tons of nice little things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll be more than happy to teach/learn languages.
And cooking. Absolutely love cooking, want to learn, teach, eat!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything I have really. Company, showing around, good. I once gave a traveller a reel big fish guitar pick I had caught at a concert because she was a fan. I now see this says host, but you get the point. I'm also seeing how it may seem very immodest to say that about myself, but again, doesn't really matter...
