Complete my doctorate and get a proper job!

ABOUT ME

I am a historian and artist living and working in Vermont. When I’m not helping people make things, I am a Fellow in the Hagley Graduate Program at the University of Delaware. My research looks at the modern history of technology, culture, and capitalism. I am currently writing a dissertation on postwar American advertising photography. My teaching interests encompass modern world history with emphasis on the cultural dimensions of trade, technology, science, and the environment.
