ABOUT ME

Life is so full sometimes its hard to take it all in. I love traveling and expanding my sense of people and this world. I love to travel for longer periods of time to really get a sense of the place and culture. I am passionate about yoga and meditation and using it to uncover a deeper understanding of life. I work with a physical theatre company from California and do various projects in the states and around the world. I am also working towards creating programs that use the arts for healing and self inquiry.

PHILOSOPHY

Embracing and diving into life fully. No point in hiding because you're going to have to face yourself eventually. Amazing how life blossoms when you realize you are already whole.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Worked at the most amazing orphanage in Rishikesh, India. I never knew that those with so little could be so joyful and full of life. Made me realize that there is SO much to be grateful for... even though I still forget sometimes.

Love to share anything from my experience as a performer - dance/theatre, acrobatic stilts, piano. Plenty to share around yoga, massage and meditation... Non-Violent-Communication. Also exchanging language is always a great place to start. And if you want to learn how to throw a frisbee well, I can do that too.
