I'm currently (and finally again!) living at the beach! Unfortunately my living situation currently doesn't lend itself well to hosting. I'm working a ton right now but try to make time to kayak and surf when I can.

as much as I love going to new places and seeing things, I love meeting new people from different places. it helps with perspective and thinking to escape our culture bubbles, so I'm always up to show people around or give tips to visitors.

I used to play in a band and travel a lot. I went to school for engineering and marine biology and am currently working in construction, trying to figure out what's next while enjoying the what is. I've always loved the idea of travel as long as I can remember. I love being outside and in close proximity to the ocean.

The more I traveled the more I found I liked meeting people from different places almost more than actually being in those places. I love gaining the new perspectives, making connections, and experiences.

I really do like a wide range of music and movies. I don't read as much as I'd like but i do listen to a lot of podcasts about history and science. Sum: 40 Tales From The Afterlives is probably one of the best books I've ever read. The Dark Tower series was really good too.

i know how to do a lot of stuff. and i'm good at figuring things out too. i have a very mechanical mind. i really want to work on learning more languages. i want to learn as much as i can. i really like being exposed and exposing people to new things.
