ABOUT ME

I am twenty two years old, Canadian and trying to combine study and recreation. I am doing an exchange at the University of Copenhagen this year, looking to travel between study periods. I'm trying to cover as much ground as I can with the time I have; that entails a lot of flying!

I am low maintenance in every respect, and prone to gratitude. I would make a considerate, low-stress couchguest. If given the opportunity, I can also be helpful and stimulating company!

I live by both feelings and thoughts. I try to get them to work together.

I am on the move at the moment and so have only been a surfer up to this point in time. In the near future, I'll look to start giving back.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Prague, Vienna and Stockholm. Luckily all were fabulous, rewarding experiences!

Interests

Persons and places. Generally in that order. Throw a good thought, discussion, song, book or show into the mix and I'm sold.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books by Robertson Davies, and various volumes in philosophy and the broader humanities. Oldies in rock, reggae, classical music and jazz. American films from the 70's generally do most for me, but its not a steadfast rule.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A place called Calanga in southern Mozambique. I have yet to see better than that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to acquire more languages, any and all. Also certain domestic skills, athletic skills...any new information. I can teach many things in the area of academic and dramatic arts. Sometimes of course, you only discover what skills you have when you come to teach them, and vice versa.
