I am Christopher from Germany. I'm 24 years old and looking for a place to stay and great people to spend time with while I'm in Toronto in autumn 2017. Currently I work as an IT consultant in Germany. In my spare time I love reading non-fictional books and listening to TED talks. My taste in music is somewhat unique: I'm a big fan of pop songs played on classical instruments, especially the cello. Aside from that, I regularly travel the world and meet people with diverse backgrounds and interesting experiences to share. Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

I have had two great experiences (one through Couchsurfing.com, the other one through a different platform) with couchsurfing in the US. In 2013, I stayed in Miami and Houston. Now, in 2017, I will visit North America again. This time I will go to Toronto.

I firmly believe that couchsurfing has several advantages for both the host and the guest. Here are my reasons:
1. Free place to stay - one of the biggest points for me, not gonna lie ;-)
2. Meeting new people and possible making new friends.
3. Having a local person to give you tips.
