ABOUT ME

I'm origianlly from Newcastle in the North East of England but I've spent the last 10 years living, traveling and working in different places. I've finally settled in Da Nang Vietnam and am still very much in love with the city. I'm happy to show visitors the places that I think make the place special.

I have a passion for music, particularly blues music, world music, folk, old time and jazz. I reckon i'm happiest at music festivals or when traveling and learning new languages. I very much enjoy live music and try to go to see as many shows as my budget allows. I also get really excited about eating and food is definitely a huge part of my daily life.

PHILOSOPHY

Have as much fun and learn as much as possible, try to leave as little mess a possible and piss as few people off as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did a lot of couchsurfing in the U.S in 2013. I have yet to have had a bad experience and we've met lots of great people that we wouldn't have had the chance to meet. Now that I have the space to do it I'd like to give back a little to the CS community and offer my spare room to people who want to have a good time in Da Nang.
