Sobre mí

CURRENT MISSION

I'm here to explore.

ABOUT ME

I'm an ethical vegan, work at home, hike when I can, and enjoy sunshine & fruit.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to be as open to new experiences as I can be, while still being a critical thinker. I feel that the most vulnerable among us should be protected and consider myself a progressive/ socialist/ radical.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I tend to be a bit shy so I figured that CS could liven that part of my life a bit. Plus, I love offering a free place to stay for travelers because travel is amazing and shouldn't be so fucking expensive. I have a preference for vegans and animal-rights activists, but I'll make exceptions if you're cool. I host when the conditions are right. My place is best in the warmer and less rainy months.

I always try to couchsurf when I travel so I can meet interesting people, and to get plugged into the culture of a place as best I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've slept on many a couch, many through couchsurfing. I love hosting and try to make my home as cozy as possible. I've had almost all positive experiences so far.

Intereses

Among my many loves are: long hikes, waterfalls, mossy trees, thick pockets of ferns, old-growth trees, animals, windswept landscapes, colorful flowers, old neighborhoods, narrow streets, urban spaces, crazy buildings, tiny houses, abandoned ruins, riding my bike, DIY, oddities, chance encounters, social justice, trains, road trips, and global travel.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can share vegan tips and hot spots around town, info about food carts, places that are fun to bike to, and amazing nearby trees that sometimes have fresh fruit. I'm also pretty handy and have several tools if you need to repair something.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

With hosts I can share my knowledge of housing, construction, and cooking vegan dog food.
