ABOUT ME

I was born during a Full Moon night. My mom delivered in 2 hours with no pain at all. Job made easy...

All about me it said...

well. I love to explore relationships and ways of being that takes people's needs into account... I practiced martial arts that had that philosophy : the connexion between the partners before the technic.

Now I teach NonViolent Communication : connexion before the result, and before education...

About me : I love to dance, to sing. I performed arts for a while but was afraid of going on stage and being known... now I guess this fear is far away and I'll come back to the stage one day...

I like to lie down on the grass, in the sun and do absolutely nothing.
I call it "do the pancake..." I guess it's one of my favorite activities :)
It can be done on the sand too... (in which case, "doing the starfish" is more accurate...)

I love everything that is linked to personal growth. I have skills in emotional healing, empathy listening and all kinds of things that I find really useful for my personal fulfillment and for others'

I kind of grew up with the fear of people/travel/foreigners so I never traveled alone and I never lived with several people in the same house (except family and VERY close friends) before I was 32... Now I healed this and I'm moving on...
I am writing this, live from my first trip in Guadalupe where I share the house with someone I didn't know before I arrived ! Big step forward :)))

First travel alone : London in march 2014
Next one : Brasil in august 2015 for the Rio Congress of Biodanza :)))

No freaking idea of where I will sleep and I think I like it. I trust life to put what I need on my path, and I trust people, especially the brasilians :)))

PHILOSOPHY

I create 100% of my reality so as Byron Katie says :
1) What is ?
2) What do I want ? (does it match ?)
3) What do I do ? (to make it match).

Easy right ? :)))

Oh : and of course : connection before the result :)

I live my life to free myself, and help others free themselves if they want to (and want my help)

Music, Movies, and Books

Wow... long time not watched TV or listened to radio... say 7 years at least...

Music : 80's disco funk, classical piano, Oboe of a friend, brasilian music (Clara Nunes, Gilberto Gil, Javan, Jobim, Fafa de Belem...), I listen to a lot of things BUT metal and techno (and nothing with the word HARD or CORE in it)

Movies : Miyazaki's, Being Erica (The best TV show ever for me, spiritual, fresh, love spreading, full of joy and guts), Life (TV show again), the peaceful warrior, footlose, fame, dirty dancing... any movie about Musical :)

Books : Richard Bach, Neale Walsch, Marshall Rosenberg, don't read much these days. I read a lot of theater though when I used to play. Read a lot of Science Fiction too : Raymond Feist was my favorite :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been a loner for almost all my life so I don't think I have Marvelous things to share here (as I have read on other pages) so, here are mine and they were amazing to my eyes, heart, and soul...

1) I was 18 and went to the U.S. One night I saw the lightning hit the sea on Horoboth Beach (east Coast). It was a big purple one, very large. I think that's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in nature...

2) Singing in the street in Paris, on the Place St Michel and feeling that the time had stopped for a moment, while crossing gazes with a smiling man... awesome !

3) The lion King Musical : the costumes were so beautiful, the songs... It was my favorite movie... it's now my (second) favorite musical. I was just amazed...

Much more amazing things to come my way now that I'm free of my fears of travelling, meeting people and let myself be touched (in my heart)

New stuff : in february 2014, in Guadaloupe I went scooba diving with turtles and I was amazed by the beauty (and the speed !) of these animals. Loved it :)
