About Me
I'm Chris
I like this quote from Farenheit 451:
"Stuff your eyes with wonder, live as if you'd drop dead in ten seconds. See the world. It's more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories. Ask no guarantees, ask for no security, there never was such an animal. And if there were, it would be related to the great sloth which hangs upside down in a tree all day every day, sleeping its life away. To hell with that. Shake the tree and knock the great sloth down on his ass."
PHILOSOPHY
"You are beautiful"
A mistake is only a mistake if you make it twice, don't worry about what you can't change, try to see the positive side of situations and people, and be willing to try (almost) anything once.
I try and stick to those four things and I tend to be quite relaxed, happy and easy going.

Interests
Music, travelling, cycling, languages.
Music:
I play guitar, bass and drums. I've dabbled in ukelele, mandolin, harmonica, violin, various hand drums and gamelan.
Travelling:
Great for so many reasons. I want to experience as much of the world as possible, both as a learning experience and endless source of fun and adventure, and to help others do the same.
Cycling:
My favourite way to travel. It's a great way to see a place, I think. I've ridden from Leeds to Berlin, twice (2011 and 2012), around 600mi; Toronto to Quebec City (2013), around 600mi; Franconia, NH to Boston, MA (2013), around 200mi
