Overview
About Me
I am a simple person who wants to be alive, to be his true self, to learn everyday a new lesson, to learn everyday new things, to laugh, to express feelings, to laugh, to discover and break his limits, to have real communication, to be silent sometimes and to be loud other times, to recognize and respect everyone's different personality and limits, to feel different atmospheres, to enjoy life, to learn his own self

Music, Movies, and Books
I mainly listen to classical music as a standard base, but I often like listening to music genres I was listening in the past such as rock, alternative rock, jazz, electronic, reggae music sometimes and whatever turns my ears on.
Μovies: this period of time i have a big esteem for Alejandro Jodorowsky (holy mountain, el topo, la danza de la realidad, endless poetry, santa sangre). I also like Andrei Tarkovsky's movies, Bella Tarr's, Kim Ki Duk's movies, the chinese movie "The Hero" and a lot of others I don't remember right now.
Books: A lot I don't remember. Books about meditation and spirituality, literature.

Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to teach whatever I know if someone would like to learn. Whatever I know about holistic therapy, herbs, diet, physical exercise. Learn whatever useful someone can offer. Share food and discussion and always happy to offer some shiatsu massage or acupuncture if needed
