ABOUT ME

I am Christos and i am half Greek, half Dutch. I grew up in Greece, Rhodes and currently i live in the Netherlands. I have studied engineering (i wont go into details now), i play music a lot and i love meeting new people from all around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting people from all around the world and having the ability to stay in places of local people made me want to make a couchsurfing account.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Till now I have hosted 5 times and had a very nice time with all of them.

Interests

I play classical guitar and drums. I love classical, jazz, funky jazz, folk and more kind of music.

I love hiking and in general walking in nature. Have been to himalayas, in the mountains of Crete, in the mountains of north czech republic and all of them were amazing!

I love to travel and learn new things about the country i visit

In a city I love to visit nice pubs where you can talk with each other, jazz bars, restaurants with local cuisine and i like doing historical tours. I really like history and especially recent history.

Interested in many sports (i like football and basketball, tennis, ping pong).

Music, Movies, and Books

I like many kinds of music. From classical to heavy metal. But i prefer folk, classical, jazz, funk, soul and britney spears.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My Erasmus experience in Prague was the best experience of my life. Maybe because i started drinking there. I have met many people from all around the world and seen many places in central Europe. It was an unforgetable experience and I would like to have similar ones.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm able to teach Greek and Dutch. As you see my english is not the best but if you want i can teach you something.

Also i can teach you a bit of classical guitar at some level and a bit of drums.

I want to learn Spanish,Italian, a slavic language,German and Portuguese. That's enough i think.

I think i want to learn more but i can't think of stuff right now, so that's it for now.
