ABOUT ME

I am optimistic about life, no matter what it throws me.
I am strong. Been through many obstacles in life in yet still remain optimistic and hopeful about life and humanity. I am a very loving, creative, nurturing person. I love to care for seniors and listen to their stories. I am giving and struggle with the concept of asking for help. I am a family person with strong morals and goals, yet somehow stray from the path the Universe has laid out for me. I befriend people easily and do anything for them.

Interests

I love hiking and camping!
Crafting is also a passion of mine. When I can create something from especially curb-side finds, I feel a sense of healing and love come out of it. The best part is having someone to give the creations to that appreciate them :)
I love to read. Not a huge fictional reader and I try to steer clear from local newscast type media. I write. Been awhile, but I enjoy journaling and debate publishing myself at some point. I enjoy facilitating discussion groups. Any kind. People interest me. They are so predictably unpredictable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Drove an old jalopy from Bastrop, TX to Northfield, MN straight through.
I gave birth to my daughter with the assistance of a mid-wife and doula in my own home.
I have seen the devastation of hurricanes and mass fires. Did everything I could to be helpful and provide all that I could to as many as I could. People need people.
