My name is Christy! I am a BIG adventurer! I am an eternal optimist and enjoy being around good positive company. I do lots of adventuring wherever I go. I am big on hiking, camping, yoga, meditation, snorkeling, full moon hikes, barefoot hiking, slack lining, and LAUGHING!

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

A few months ago I went to Kauai and made some friends with some locals. We were sunset chasing and were speeding up the island to the north end to catch the sunset. We were unable to make it in time, so we went to Hanalei Bay and watched it from there. After the sun officially said it's goodbyes the bay went dark... no moon. Then Venus came out in a powerful song, igniting the sky with her shine. She invited her fellow stars and the bay illuminated with their show. My friend and I swam into the bay and as we were swimming we noticed that we were glowing in the water... it was bioluminescence that was accompanying us. It was magical. I could have died happy right then and there. The happiness in my soul was shining louder than any stars or planets there.

I can teach basic methods of meditation and anxiety control. I work in social services and help my clients access inner control of their minds and biological feedback. I really enjoy putting these principles into practice. I am not a certified or licensed individual, just one that reads, practices, and lives a lifestyle of biological awareness within oneself. I can also share the skill of "having confidence and acting like you know what you are doing so others will actually think you know what you are doing." That skill often comes in handy. I am looking to learn from others about local communities and culture OF THE PEOPLE.
