I grew up moving around a lot and I still love to travel. There is no better education. I have never really been to a place that I didnt like. I am a serious musician and a visual artist and I love to build things. Anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have surfed a couple times and I have been to a couple CS parties and met lots of great people. I love the idea of CS and hope to participate more and more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been to a couple get-togethers hosted by couch surfers. Surfed in Amsterdam. Hosted a few times.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies with sad or unhappy endings. Vietnam movies are usually great even though war sucks. Lots of 'good' music but mostly 70's rock, jazz, outlaw country and motown. books...never read a book till I was 20 but I have made up for it. Vonnegut, Kundera, William Burroughs, Twain, Plato, Henry Miller, and lots more. I can sit and read and forget to eat, sleep, or socialize.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went in a cave in Okinawa without telling anyone and the rope broke and me and two friends were stuck. It took me nearly two hours to climb up about 7 meters and throw the rope down to the other guys. Im glad Im still alive.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show someone how to: play a few guitar chords, whistle like a cricket, make a great pasta, fix a bike, ride a bike backwards, build anything with wood or metal or anything
