I am independent, adventurous, curious and creative. I love to be around people some of the time and I have a lot of incredible friends all over but i also very much enjoy and need solitude to recharge. I have been a massage therapist for 20 years and a musician for more. I love to sing and explore the sonic realms. I work as sound healer, space holder and bodyworker. I love new places but don't enjoy being a "tourist". help? I have one grown son. I get extra excited about good food, tea, ferns, forests, mountains, hot springs, handpans, sour beer, wine, long walks, rainy days, plant medicine, well crafted sound and silence.

I love most music old and new. I am particularly fond of handpan music, sexy, minimal down-tempo, good reggae and world music as well as electronic dance music and fado. Music is the most high.
Movies. Yep, I like em. Especially fantasy movies from the 80’s. The Dark Crystal is my favorite.
Books. Yes. The Prophet by Khalil Gibran. Shantaram. The 5th Sacred Thing.
