I am a 22-year-old girl from Taiwan. During my 22 years life, I devoted myself to various experiences that shape who I am today.

Start from the parts that account for most time in my life, Dance. What kind of dance you might ask? I've learned Chinese dance, Folk Dance, Contemporary Dance, Chinese Opera Martial Art for thirteen years. Not only develop my personality of perseverance and discipline, Dance broaden my horizon. As a member of Taiwan Han Shin Company, we took parts in the international arts festivals in Italy, Romania, Belgium and Holland. It's those things that make me realize I love cultural interaction with others, not just dance, also lifestyle, ways of thinking, any cultural-related thing!

I didn't choose to study in arts school in college, instead; I wanna explore more about myself besides dance. So here it is, I am now a college student in department of international business.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

That's is a good question.
Because of the diligence to study abroad(hmm, actually...to TRAVEL), I applied for exchange program to Netherlands. I am now doing exchange program in University of Groningen, which is situated in north parts of Netherlands.

There are two goals I wanna accomplish here. First of all, get credits and graduated smoothly. Second, TRAVEL AROUND EUROPE.

As you thought, one of features from students is tight-budgeting. Saving money might be a crucial reason why I'm here on Couchsurfing, but what matters me is MAKING FRIENDS with YOU. I wanna share what I equipped with, Taiwanese lifestyle, food, language, traveling stories.

Cultural exchange is a precious elements on Couchsurfing.
Hope someday, I can also be a host for you in Taiwan.
