My Name is Chuck Rapp and I am a 4th year doctoral student in the pharmacy program at the University of Texas at Austin. I grew up in rural New York, several hours outside of New York City. I am respectful and well mannered, I have a deep passion for learning about other cultures and meeting people from all over the world.
