About Me
First time couch surfer, second time backpacker. I spent the best year of my life in Canada between 2009-2010 and 2019 marks the first (and possibly last) chance I will have to return. I am originally from the UK (where I live now), but I'm about to embark on a restless journey for a place to call home.
I play some piano and guitar and I have a handful of amateur recordings up at https://www.youtube.com/user/chucksoul/videos. Plus a whole lot more I have not got around to uploading yet.
A cool quote : "A man never steps in the same river twice. For it is not the same river, and he is not the same man." — Heraclitus
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've decided to try couchsurfing since I want to meet new and interesting people but hostelling has become so expensive. If Bono has taught us anything it's that "Sometimes you can't make it on your own".
I am hoping to track down an old friend in Vancouver before moving on to Toronto in search of work.
