ABOUT ME

I grew up in the city yet spent my summers on a cattle farm. I had the blessing of having parents that believed in me and left me thinking I could do anything. Now I'm blinded by all the possibilities. ;)

PHILOSOPHY

If you need to put someone else down to feel good about yourself. Hello it's called therapy. Get some. Said with lots of love... I'm a therapist.

You have 5 minutes to bitch about a problem before you have to do something about it. Then I'm done listening.

Slow down and smell a rose. If you get pricked by it. Try to appreciate the color of your own blood, it means your alive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My partner and I mostly host at this point. I have however used social media to be hosted back in 2000 on a trip out to Phoenix and back. I love that there is organization/structure to it now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of my couchsurfing is just done with friends from college. I mostly travel to see friends so stay with them. In the olden days we just called it crashing.
The best time of day is when your not running around looking for something to entertain you and you slow down long enough to just relax, let your guard down and let others in.

I'm a big sap. I love a romantic comedy. I like all the action stuff too. Currently like the masses I have a facsination with vampires and werewolves.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've given my heart and soul to another human being. Some have cherished that, some have not. I have lived to tell a tale.

We grow though struggle. Life is a journey to be lived and shared.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd say I'm laid back but that lasts about an hour or two and then I worry I might be missing something so I have to go look for it. I can give advice on lots of things but my main focus is relationships. From the one you have with yourself to how that manifests it's self with others in personal and professional arenas.
