ABOUT ME

I live about halfway between Kansas City International Airport and downtown Kansas City, MO. Neither me nor my two dogs smoke. I am an avid cyclist, love to travel, classical music and word/number games.

Baroque classical music as well as classic rock and jazz. Preferred books are non-fiction, since real life is far more "unbelievable" than fiction. Will watch most any Star Trek, Die Hard, Alien, Terminator rerun when college basketball or pro football isn't hitting the spot for me.

Jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. Touched a shark while scuba diving. Stood at the base of a glacier. Rode in the Tour de France amateur-day race. Held my dogs while they were dying and my (ex-)wife while her cats died. Life's experiences are far better when shared.
