ABOUT ME

I'm a schoolteacher in Asheville, NC, and love my work. Free time is spent playing music, romping in the great outdoors, raising a glass with friends, and wandering the globe in the summertime. I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with, and really just like to have a good time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've surfed quite a few couches in my day, and enjoyed offering mine when I can. Good times, great people.

Interests

Music and the great outdoors, I'd say. I play guitar, banjo, uke, and piano, and spend my free time romping in the hills. I love a good party, and enjoy meeting new folks. Wandering the globe is also a hit - I've lived and traveled far and wide.

Also: climbing trees, good beer, frisbee, picnics, festivals, wine, bonfires, etc. (or any good combination of these)

Music, Movies, and Books

Big fan of bluegrass, jazz, ragtime, classic rock, and especially love Spanish guitar. I also like movies and books.
