I am Elena, I consider myself open-minded, friendly, and warm person, maybe a littly bit shy;)))))))))))))))
Here is some boring stuff about me))
I was born in a small town in Moscow region, there I studied to get a diploma of the Teacher of English and German, and after my University graduation I moved to the city of Moscow. I started working for international companies as a personal assistant to the top management. As I was always interested in the hospitality industry , during working years I decided to obtain an additional diploma in hospitality management. Later on I have made up my mind to leave Russia for education in Toronto, Canada where I got my post-graduate degree in Restaurant management. I enjoyed this time a lot) I met lots of nice people of different nationalities and enjoyed various traditional cuisine))))))) After my graduation I joined one of the Toronto restraunts team as a server and it was a unique experience and it was one of the best working times for me. I have spent two years in Canada and returned back to Russia in 2013.
Unfortunately I could not find a satisfied position for myself in the restraunt industry then so to make myself busy I decided to join the financial company.
At the moment I am at the transition period of my life and working on changing my professional direction.
I still would like to pursue my interest to hospitality industry but currently I am planning to work as a self-employed English tutor.
Couchsurfing for me is a my air)))))))))))))) And besides))))), it is a great idea which makes travelling so much more affordable, more exciting, and it is just a great opportunity to meet new interesting people and learn the world without even leaving your flat sometimes))))))))!
