Travelling to me is more than just seeing new things in a foreign land; it's also about understanding and appreciating the things that I see there. This is why I love meeting and talking to people, because it is through others' perspectives on life, love and the works that we can begin to truly understand and appreciate what we see. It is enlightening, enriching and inspiring when it also challenges the way I think about things. Thus, I look forward to having a chat with you on your couch (or mine, in the future)!

Just got on the surfboard recently...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was blown away by my first couchsurfing experience with a group of friends - the willingness, openness and graciousness of our hosts really humbled me. Before long, we were having intimate conversations about our respective everyday lives at home, cultures, religions, beliefs, experiences... and just about every and any other thing under the sun.

Slowly but surely, it felt like everyone had known each other for a long time and we were just meeting up for old times' sake. :)

Sports - Badminton, Tennis, Rollerblading, Cycling, Skiing
Animal lover - love dogs!
Languages - Always trying to improve my languages! Been learning Japanese for quite some time now and want to pick up either German, French or Spanish in the very near future... i hope. haha
Beer - love trying and reading up on different styles of beers.
Guitar - I play the guitar but nothing too fanciful
