Born in Los Angeles, I've lived most of my life in Los Angeles, with periods also spent in Hawaii and New York. Ethnically, I'm half Japanese and half Korean. While English is my first language, I can speak some Japanese and Korean as well.

I consider myself an urban mystic. I love living in a big city with so many choices, creative expressions and indulgences. And, I also feel a pull towards spiritual growth. You're just as likely to find me out dancing until the wee hours as you are to find me meditating by the ocean.

Another interest of mine is people. I love learning about what makes someone tick, what they stand for, what their dreams are, and if possible, helping them make their dreams come true. I've even coached people through a leadership program that helps people reach their peak potential. Right now, I don't do any formal coaching, but my friends come to me regularly for coaching. You can say, people find me trustworthy and value my feedback.
