ABOUT ME

I'm a bit of a wandering gypsy who really enjoys seeing the world, just trying to live my life and have many adventures in the mean time. I was just teaching English in Buenos Aires for the last year and a half and did a 180 and am now working as a farm girl on Maui for a few months. I have traveled to many countries so far with hopefully a lot more to go! I'm a chill person who enjoys meeting new people and I love to laugh :)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I LOVE music! I listen to a lot of different types- jam, classic rock, funk, hip-hop, rap, afro-beat, blues, jazz, reggae, electronic and more. And I love new recommendations :)

A few of my top movies are Godfather 1 & 2, the Kill Bills, Cinema Paradiso, The Goonies, Ferris, Vanilla Sky, Inception or silly comedies like Superbad, etc.

Some favorite authors/books are Murakami, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Wordsworth, Neruda, Edward Abbey, Mary Oliver, Dr. Seuss, Wild- An Elemental Journey, Shantaram, A Thousand Splendid Suns, On the Road and more.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Just one? That's impossible to choose! One of them was when I watched the island volcano of Stromboli, Italy erupt. I hiked 3 hours up to the top of the active volcano to sit on the rim, watch it erupt and take it all in for a few hours before hiking back down under the full moon sky, turning to look back every once and a while at the sound of another eruption to watch the red lava spew into the sky... truly awesome.
