reading usually psychology, psycho-somatic, spiritual related articles or books. don't read much, if I do it's researching and scrupilising over various sources of diagnoses for mental disorders and judging the relevancy of the words used and possible bias perspective in the context of the time we're living in, or culture we're in, our relationship with emotions as a nation and relating our possible generations' traumaed people, to see how the neurodiverse or mentally ill are (mis)understood due to our own short comings as a country, and judging what I don't agree with :P

Prefer to be in nature, feeling inspired for things I can make
