About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Traveling while young is the best way to meet people and places while they still have the chance to change the entire course of your future.

ABOUT ME

I have always been drawn to artists who are not content being passive in life, but are compelled to create and share their vision of the world as they see it or hope it to be. Went to college for film & television production thinking I would become a writer, but found my true passion was playing with lights while having a camera in my hand and making the images in my head a reality on set.

Have worked in a lot of different media jobs ranging from script development, to commercials, to fashion photography, to marketing/advertising. Love doing anything that involves creativity. If it happens to pay the bills too that's magic.

My other main passion is traveling. The cities and cultures I encounter are key to providing me creative inspiration. Grew up traveling and living all over the US (Illinois, California, New York, Florida, etc.), and always made the best friends with people who had international backgrounds. Two years ago I decided it was time to start traveling outside the US. Have been through Europe, Asia, and soon Australia. The people I've met have absolutely changed my life for the better. Am very very grateful for that.

PHILOSOPHY

"Nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future."

Interests

- Anything that tells a good story (books, music, TV, theatre, movies, photography, art, etc.)
- Video games are a great escape but rarely have time to play anymore.
- Dogs are maybe more awesome than people. Hardest thing about traveling is not having my wolves around.
- A new, but increasingly dedicated Aussie Rules Football fan.
- In addition to artistic stuff, love having conversations on anything from politics, to business, to world culture, to technology.

My mind has always been a hungry sponge for knowledge & conversation. I like to know lots of things about many topics. Greatly enjoy meeting people who are knowledgeable about whatever their passion is. These are the best people to learn from.
