About Me

ABOUT ME

Been living In london for the past 7 years, im in my 30s, the right age to enjoy life to the fullest!
I grew up in Italy, but moved around a bit too, so when Italians ask me where im from, i always find it difficult to reply. Deep down I like it, it makes me feel a little more hippy and gypsy than I actually am.

i work a lot but im having fun! looking for the next challenge soon, but i also want to be able to stop and breathe, and be thankful for what i have and how much i got so far.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been travelling a fair bit, mostly for holidays, but im curious about the traveller stories and what are they looking for. I would like to travel too one day so maybe if i get good reviews it will be easier to get a bed when its my turn. karma, uh? or the power of reviews.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: i like all sorts of music, from Vivaldi to A Perfect Circle, Mogwai, buena vista social club, r&b , jazz, coimbra... i cannot stand balkan music though.. ahah funny right?

MOVIES: europe is much better for essai movies, netflix is cool but i dont like binge watching by myself (with some exception, when the movie is really good and i get the total immersion...) , whats the point? my favourite movies are (and i will forget loads) Chinatown, babel, all that jazz, nuovo cinema paradiso, gone with the wind......

BOOKS: Eggers, hemingway, tim robbins, oriana fallaci, i read biographies, art boks, history books, architectural books, buddhist books...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

jobless and with 2 months spent looking for a job in milan, i came to london to visit a friend for a long week end. i found a job and stayed in london ever since.
(with 100s trips back to italy of course)
