ABOUT ME

My name is Iacopo, and i`m a proper spaghetti eater with supreme love for everything that is artistic. I was (am?) a bass player but nowadays i`m trying learning how to play acoustic guitar. After spending 25 years in Florence, my home town, I moved to Rome to study Music. When I was almost 30 I decided that it was time moving my ass to the UK trying to make something out of passion, Music! I started a band with Nicco (one of my best friend) but after a while...the band split. However, I found consolation in studying :) now I'm will be a Brussels citizen looking for a job in Public Affairs.

PHILOSOPHY
Life is an amazing trip from which you can learn and grow up every step you make, hopefully with good companions by your side. I love life even though sometimes there is too much to grasp... I wish I could live 300 years!

Musica, film e libri

Music: RADIOHEAD my favourite band! then RADIOHEAD AND RADIOHEAD then Jeff Buckley, Elliot smith, Afterhours,CSI,Battiato,Pearljam, Pink floyd, Alice in chain, Chemical brothers, Rage against the machine, Jaco pastorius, Victor wooden, badly drawn boy,Jimi Hendrix, the doors, Massive Attack,broken social scene, beirut, LCD sound system Angus and julia stone,biffy clyro, king of convenience, ecc.....
Movies: i love korean movies: Old boy, for instance, I think it`s a masterpiece (you nee to see 3 IRON too, you`ll fell in love with this movie) then all classical movies (Kubrick is my favorite Director) and I`m starting to enjoy french and spanish cinema too! two example: Sex and Lucia (medium ,what a director) and 13 tzamezi (my god, a must see!!!!). Anyway I love cinema apart from musical and too cheesy and crap movies from Hollywood!
Books: American Gods, Neverwhere, JJ Rousseau, JP Sartre, Wittgenstein, Nietzsche and other classical philosophers (I'd like Plato's idea of the philosopher king... :P )

I was a really good baseball player, playing at the top level in Italy.

I can teach to cook food.. I love food!
Learn the same things cooking and play music :D and of course other culture habits and costumes.
