I'm very easy going and I like to sleep quite a lot. I have toured with lots of bands, partied hard, slept on many couches across the world and have more recently sorted my act out and got into endurance running and fitness. I'm a herbivore, but I don't really make a big deal of it. I like cats.

I love to travel and meet new people. I would much rather be invited into someone's home and crash on the floor than stay in a fancy hotel. I think it's the best way to really get to know a city. I used to have a couchsurfing account and used it quite a lot, but I have lost access to it.

I work as a live sound engineer, so I have seen far too many bands and have toured Europe pretty extensively. I have a preferance for metal, punk, reggae and dub. But I'm easy. I love movies but, again, I think I might have seen them all.

Three years ago, I was very over weight and pretty miserable. I decided to do something about it and started running. It was awful, but I stuck at it. I lost over 40kg and got a bit carried away with it. Since then I have run countless crazy races and completed several marathons and ultra marathons. I now proudly represent my club, Vegan Runners UK.
