Just a girl raised in the wild place that is Alaska. I've been on the move for a while now, about 8 years or not living somewhere for longer than a year. I love to go somewhere new and get to know the place and culture in depth so when opportunities come up to go, I go. Now I'm in the process of hopefully getting a degree in International Relations & Development.

My favorite part of traveling is getting to meet new people, especially locals of wherever I am. This is why I've always preferred to stay at hostels instead of hotels and why I also love couchsurfing.
When I travel, you can most often find me wandering around residential neighborhoods or attending a movie in a language I only pretend to understand.

So I love to stay with people and to get the privilege to have a glimpse into your lives.
