I’m Cilia, I’m from London. My heritage is Chinese and I was born in Sweden . I speak Cantonese, English and a bit of Spanish. Currently in Colombia.

I’m a pilates teacher and a content creator. I am a foodie, love to travel. I love culture. I love to cook and learn to cook new recipes! I love to dance too. Interesting fact and proud of - I got booked to dance for Chimbala at his London concert.

I am all about promoting living your life boldly and courageously because life is too short. We are the creator of our lives. I am also an advocate for self love. I’ve done a lot of inner work to have a beautiful relationship with myself.
