I like taking things as they come and enjoy the moment.

I just moved to Tel Aviv :) Before, I was living in Berlin, where I was working as a nutrition coach. It's not only my job, but also my passion - I can't get enough of good food! In addition to coaching individuals on nutrition, I guide meditations and use different holistic techniques to feel happy and healthy.

Like most of the couchsurfers, I love meeting new and different people and listen to their stories.
I have surfed couches in different countries around the world and hosted several times :)

兴趣

In my free time, I enjoy being active. I love riding my bike and getting sweaty while doing yoga.

When I need a break, I enjoy reading books (love psychology) and meditating.
