ABOUT ME

We're two Danish girls, Cæcilie and Michelle. We often travel together because we share the passion of meeting new people and experience new things, so CS is an excellent place to fulfill those dreams!
We are very down-to-earth and open-minded. We're always interested in getting to know new and different cultures and also in listening to people's opinions on different topics. That's how you widen your horizon. And your knowledge.

PHILOSOPHY

Michelle: I believe that you should rather regret doing something, than regret not having done it.

We're very spontaneous and we're always ready to have a good time.

We also feel that "..the real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes", as the French novelist Marcel Proust put so well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've couchsurfed a lot around Europe. Then we had our own place a few years back - Now that we don't share a flat anymore, we're not able to host that much. But we're going to try and make it work anyway!

We've had so many good memories with Couchsurfing, we've made some of our best friends and even loved ones through this site.

We listen to almost everything! Rock, post-rock, hiphop, rap, reggaeton, jazz, rnb, electro, house, alternative, soul, dance

We're suckers for love stories, so we like movies like: The Notebook and Titantic, but also great stories like Slumdog Millionaire, or amazing talent and wicked humor showed in Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs or Kill Bill. Tarantino <3333
But also: Memento, The Dark Knight, The Prestige...
Love everything that Chris Nolan or Quentin Tarantino have laid hands on :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cæcilie volunteered in Sri Lanka working with children for about four months.
Michelle travelled alone through India for 5 weeks.

If anybody wants to improve their Danish, we'll be glad to help ;)
We also cook well - or at least, Michelle does.
Cæcilie is greatly interested in politics.
