About Me
Hello, I'm Cilly ;)
I graduated from school in 2020 and now I am studying Computer Science at TH Köln. I'm an open-minded and kind person who loves to get to know new people and new perspectives. Besides that, I'm an activist on queerfeminist and environmental topics in Mannheim (which is near my home village), where I already had the pleasure to meet many inspiring personalities and gain a very diverse friend group.
I want ro create a safe place for people, where nobody gets judged about their ethnicity, sexual and/or romantical orientation, gender identity, religion or whatever.
And I'm vegan btw, it's not mandatory, but I would prefer to host people who are also at least vegetarian.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really liked my experiences so far and I would like to do this again sometime :)
It's a better way to get to know a place than just going to some hotel and maybe you'll get a different perspective about this city/country and their people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Almost any kind of music, but especially Rock, Indie and Pop music. More into series on Netflix lately.
Teach, Learn, Share
Always interested in learning new languages, especially Italian and Russian, native speaker in German and Spanish. I love discussions about queerfeminist topics, also working as a volunteer in several queer and environmental organizations. Right now, I like to play the ukulele, even though I don't play very good xD
What I Can Share with Hosts
My home village is Haßloch. It's a big village of about 21.000 people, but I guess most people are more interested in visiting Mannheim or Heidelberg, two very interesting cities about 30-45 Minutes by train from Haßloch. Even though I would say that Heidelberg is more beautiful than Mannheim, I love my city Mannheim, because the people there are amazing. If you'll visit me, I can introduce you to my activism organization, the QZM ("Queer Center of Mannheim") there and we can have a drink at the café there :)
