Overview
About Me
I and my partner in business and in life Bastion have owned a cannabis research and development lab since 2014 shortly after Denver was the first state to legalize in the US.
I know that's not necessarily "about me," but we have been working non-stop for the last ten years and that's what my life has been about. We're at the point where we want to reconnect and become a part of a community again. I like people and talking and finding out about new things. I miss doing that.
Here's my Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cindibot9000 (Feel free to friend me if you want)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was heavily involved in Couchsurfing from the early 2000s-2010. My profile was with someone I'm not with anymore so I decided to start fresh.
But, if you need more references, here is my old profile: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/cindigo?action=legacy_link&controller=user_profiles
Couchsurfing gave me some of my fondest memories, and I'd like to start making new ones. I've created lifetime friends because of CS.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like podcasts: Philosophize This, The Blind Boy podcast, Twenty Thousand Hertz, The Hilarious World of Depression, Reply All, WTF with Marc Maron.
Every year I make a pledge to go to more live shows, and then, I end up not fulfilling my promise. I really want to hear the music you love.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking 850 miles of the PCT was pretty amazing.
Bastion has been to Burning Man 8 times, I've gone twice.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: We can talk cannabis science (also "regular" science) and regulations (or lack thereof) about cannabis all day.
Learn: I took two years of Spanish in high school and started relearning in earnest in 2016 (The one tangible thing I could think to do to combat the "Build The Wall" mentality). I would love to be more fluent. The tests say I'm "intermediate".
I'm really interested in aquaponics and farming but have little experience. I recently bought a compound bow and am getting better but I am still definitely a novice. I love to dance and haven't for so long. I'm not traditionally trained and would love to learn more specific styles of dance.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I want to share good conversations, jokes, a deeper understanding of different cultures and places, a cup of coffee, dinner or a glass of wine.
