Have always been inquisitive by nature & love exploring the great outdoors. Whether here on home soil, or far flung lands of this amazing globe of ours.
I enjoy learning & experiencing other cultures -- tho wish I was a linguist so I could sit at length with the elder peoples of other countries I visit and hear their stories of the days of old.
I am a Jill of all trades, Mistress of none. I have always been able to find work, in all parts of my country to save and fund my next travel journey. I have no permanent place to call home -- yet -- as I still want to continue travelling & learning, about others & myself.
After the last 3 years travelling back and forth o/s I have stopped in Adelaide to undertake study & work part time --- my feet are always itchy and my mind always off on the next travel adventure.
I am an easy going person, honest and respectful of others & enjoy life and all it has to offer & try to live it.
I like to look after myself, good food, being active and quality down time with a good book or movie.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had a customer from Timor tell me all about it & that I should look into it & try it.
I am fiercely independent & will always pay my way. The idea of trying this, is to be able to experience the country I am visiting at a local level through the host and their friends/contacts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, on a personal level I would have to say being a Mother. To create, nurture, guide & teach a child into adulthood is an amazing experience that is a life long commitment.
