About Me

Normal person, most of the time
Skinny heavy eater
Can dive but can't swim
Long walker
Can't be a vegan because I love meat too
I eat snails and frogs and some bugs (just yummy hey I'm Asian) but not dogs and cats and shark fins
Love to discover little local things of cities and their people
Travel makes me a better conversationalist (hopefully!)
But actually I am more a listener than a talker
I look quiet but ... when I am with someone I am really close to, I swear a lot

So far my life is quite full of contradiction :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many and too few
Speaking of music I am a very weird person, my range is very wide but I don't have a lot of favorites. I usually loop the same music for days sometimes even weeks, until I feel bored of it. Then I change to another music that I like and repeat the same loop. It sounds kinda addictive I know.
But my favorite music forever is beethoven symphony 9. Classic remains for a reason :)

And movie ... (actually I always forget movie name and not a super big movie fan) the only movie that is still in my head is Gattaca. Not really famous but the story and the message are just brilliant.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled for the first time ever when I was 18, still in college, solo travel in the US, worked at a cashier there and meanwhile traveled in the country. End up I didn't earn or spend any money but I saw and learnt a lot.

Took a bus from Siem Reap, Cambodia to Bangkok, Thailand. Then stayed in Bangkok for 3 hours. Then I get an overnight bus + ferry to Koh Tao, Thailand to learn scuba diving. Exactly 24 hours on the way lol.

Tried deep fried bugs in Vietnam and found that it is the best snack ever in my entire life.
