Overview
About Me
Mother of three grown children and three grandkids, I love the beach, pickleball, reading (mostly fiction and self-help/medical), writing, music, cooking, and gardening. I (loosely) keep a blog and recently completed my first novel (celtic fantasy), called "The Mists of Tir Na Nóg". You can find it on Amazon in paperback or for Kindle. Visit Ripples of Insight dot net if you're interesting in connecting with me through my writing.
Living in eight States and one foreign country taught me that wherever you go, there you are - I have learned the hard way that true happiness can only be found within. As a rule, healthy food and holistic living are kinda my 'thing'.
A perfect day for me is one spent sitting on the beach with iced green tea and a good book, watching the sun come up over the water, maybe taking a run, then finishing out the day hearing your life story and pulling out my Tarot cards over a glass of cabernet. I look forward to meeting you!

What I Can Share with Hosts
If you like to eat healthy, I'm a pretty good cook. Tarot readings, tips on natural health and meditation, great conversation over a glass of wine. Energy work is something I enjoy doing. Meditation and Qigong too. I come bearing well-read books (not only mine), and I love to read aloud.
