We have a wacky sense of humor and our favorite pass time is sitting around a fire drinking beer and listening to music and people's stories.

ABOUT ME

I was raised as a military brat, but have lived in Arkansas long enough to consider it home. My dad valued family above everything, and before he passed away he bought 18 acres of property on the Arkansas River, which he split up between me and my two sisters. So we all live in a row in our little piece of paradise that we refer to as "The Piney Compound"

We love life. We would like to think that everyone feels welcome at our home and leaves with the intent of returning to visit again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have never couch surfed, but our daughter has encouraged us to sign up. We very much enjoy hosting and meeting new people with interesting stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have climbed on the rocks of Stone Henge (before they roped them off) and I have also climbed the Eiffel Tower using the steps that are now condemned.
