ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in the Canal Zone, Panama. Spent 18 fabulous years there, moved to Jacksonville, FL for university. Have lived in Detroit, Michigan (go Red Wings!) for a computer programming job in the 1990's. I've also lived in San Diego, California; Denver, Colorado; and most recently St. Augustine, Florida. I've been practicing Bikram Yoga for over 7 years and teaching for over 4 years. My girlfriend and I started our SE Asia trip December 2009 and hope to stay "away" for at least 12 months... eventually going to India, Istanbul and Italy.

At the moment I have no couch, so I am "surfing" only.

Intereses

I am interested in yoga as a method of health therapy, not just to look good. Also, for the past two years I have been practicing Vipassana meditation - taken the 10 day course 3 times and served a few courses as well. I can speak in depth on Astrology (I'm a pisces!), but not necessarily to the level of a professional. I like eating and cooking. I like to bike and hike and experience new things small and large.
