i am a cultural anthropologist, which basically means i get to study how people make meaning in their lives. i love it. right now i'm in the middle of my year of fieldwork in kashgar, xinjiang. i like making photographs and am currently training for a triathlon. you can find out more about me at cindywithoutborders.blogspot.com
